Pricing FAQ

Is the 30-day trial really free?
Yes, no charge during the 30 days. Stripe asks for a credit card to activate the trial (standard policy to prevent abuse), but no debit happens before the end of the trial. You can cancel in one click from the Stripe portal at any time, access continues until day 30.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you haven't cancelled, your card is charged the chosen plan (50 € monthly or 500 € annual) and access continues. If you cancel before the end, access stops on day 30 with no charge.
Can I switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa)?
Yes, from the Stripe portal. Monthly → annual applies the annual rate at the next billing cycle. Annual → monthly waits for the end of the current annual period.
Is VAT included in the displayed price?
The displayed price is excluding tax. VAT is added based on your country via Stripe Tax. For companies with a valid intracommunity VAT number, VAT is exempt (reverse charge mechanism).
Is there a team or multi-user plan?
For now, each user has their own Pro account. The VP Library and Pattern Library are shared across projects within an account. A team plan with separate users and centralized billing is coming later; meanwhile, contact me for a custom quote.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of the first real payment (after the free trial), reply to the welcome email with your reason and I refund in full. After that, cancellation from the Stripe portal stops future charges with no refund of the current period.
Does Lumeo work on Mac, PC, Linux?
Lumeo runs in Chrome Desktop on all three OS. No functionality or performance difference depending on the OS, the interface is exactly the same. No mobile or tablet version (minimum screen 1280 px).
What happens if Lumeo shuts down one day?
Your projects are stored on Supabase and exportable as JSON anytime from the interface. In the event of a shutdown, I commit to providing a full export of all projects to Pro users and a reasonable migration window.
