Purposes and Legal Bases

Your data is processed for specific purposes: handling contact requests (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest), sending the newsletter (your consent), providing and billing the Lumeo service (performance of a contract), audience measurement and site improvement (legitimate interest, and your consent for tools that set cookies). Data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Cookies

Non-essential cookies and trackers (Microsoft Clarity for session analysis, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for marketing measurement) are only set after your consent is collected via the banner displayed on your first visit. You can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Plausible audience measurement, by contrast, works without cookies (see below).

Audience Measurement

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience measurement tool that sets no cookies and collects no identifying personal data; as such, it is used without prior consent, in line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) guidelines on audience measurement. Tools that do set cookies (Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) are subject to your consent.

Newsletter subscription is optional and handled through Resend, which delivers our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some sub-processors (Vercel, Stripe, Microsoft, Google, Meta) are located in or host data in the United States. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR: European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and/or Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification.
