Integration & installation
Add a mapping expert to your next project
The problem
You have the team, the equipment, the clients. But on complex mapping projects (100+ projectors, multi-server, atypical surfaces), you're missing an in-house specialist. The freelancers you've tried weren't up to the task. Result: lost tenders or technical stress on site.
The solution
I strengthen your team as a white-label resource on critical phases: quoting, installation, calibration. Your client sees only one team: yours.
What I do for you
White-label expert reinforcement
I work under your name with your client. No confusion, no competition: I'm your technical resource.
Technical quoting for tenders
Responding to a tender? I quote the mapping portion so your proposal is credible and competitive.
Installation & calibration
I handle on-site commissioning: positioning, server configuration, warping, blending.
Team training
I pass on skills to your technicians so they gain autonomy on future projects.
How it works
Preparation
File verification, anticipating on-site constraints
Installation
On-site setup and configuration
Calibration
Warping, blending, fine adjustments
Validation
Testing, corrections, show ready to run
What you gain
White-label work available: confidentiality agreement (NDA) provided on request.
Who it's for
Examples of completed integrations

"I had the pleasure of collaborating with Baptiste on several architectural video projection projects, and each experience was enriching. His professionalism, creativity and adaptability make him an invaluable collaborator. Baptiste combines technical expertise with artistic vision, turning ideas into striking visual achievements. Working with him is both enjoyable and motivating. I highly recommend him for any collaboration in video projection, 3D modeling and media servers."

A real case: integration at the Museum of Art and Light
The Museum of Art and Light, in Texas, is a permanent immersive art centre of 3000 sqm. The installation runs 104 projectors and 28 Modulo Kinetic servers, in daily operation.
A project of this scale needs a mapping specialist seasoned on the critical phases: 3D scan of the volumes, multi-server configuration, calibration of more than a hundred projectors on complex surfaces. The main integrator did not have that resource in-house.
I stepped in as reinforcement on the 3D scan of the 3000 sqm, the modelling of the projection surfaces, and the calibration. All under the integrator's name, with an NDA. The end client saw a single team.
The installation runs every day since opening. The integrator could answer a tender they would not have won without that mapping skill in reinforcement.
What you get
Frequently asked questions
How does white-label work work?
I step in under your name, with your client. I do not introduce myself, I do not hand out a card, I am not in competition with you. An NDA is signed systematically. Your client sees a single team, yours.
What project size do you handle?
From a handful of projectors to over a hundred. I have calibrated 737 projectors across the 8 Culturespaces centres and 104 at the Museum of Art and Light. Multi-server projects and atypical surfaces are my ground.
What if my teams want to build their skills?
That is planned. I train your technicians during the intervention so they take over on the next projects. The goal is not to make you dependent, it is to fill a one-off gap.
Which media servers do you work with?
I am a Modulo Player and Modulo Kinetic specialist, technical partner of Modulo Pi. I also know Watchout and the other platforms, but my support and my added value are on Modulo.
