A real case: training an operations team
A cultural venue had just opened an immersive installation. The system was set up, but the team on site was not comfortable operating it day to day: launch, media management, first-level troubleshooting.
Without training, every incident goes back up to the contractor, every operating day is a source of stress. And there is no clear path to build skills on these systems.
I trained the technicians on site, on their own installation. A programme adapted to their real level, in a small group. Taking the system in hand, daily operation, good practices to hold quality over time.
The team took over autonomously. More than 100 professionals trained worldwide, in French, English and Spanish, with skills directly applicable to their projects.

What is the difference between operations training and expert training?
Operations training makes your team autonomous on an already-installed setup: launch, media, basic troubleshooting. Expert Modulo training moves technicians up toward ambitious projects: Kinetic, 3D, advanced calibration, content creation.
Are the training courses fundable?
Yes. CPF, AFDAS for performing arts freelancers, employer training plan, or personal funding. I provide the documents needed to put the file together.
How long does it last?
An introduction fits in 1 day. An operational training, around 3 days. An expert training, around 5 days. The exact duration depends on the programme set after the initial exchange.
Is it in person or remote?
Both, depending on what suits you. Operations training often happens on site, on your installation. Expert Modulo training works well remotely as well as in person.
