A real case: securing a monumental projection

Context

An event producer is running a show with a monumental facade projection. The budget, the schedule, the coordination of the teams: their job. The video sizing and the evaluation of the technical quotes: not their job.

The contractor quotes varied from single to triple, with no way to challenge them. And a technical incident on the night, in front of the audience and the media, is the producer's production and reputation taking the risk, not the contractor.
