Don't submit that tender without technical validation.

You're producing a show, a spectacle, an event with an ambitious video component. Budget, planning, coordination — that's your expertise. Video mapping is mine.

The problem

You receive an ambitious creative brief or a tender with a complex video component. Facade projection, 360° immersive experience, architectural mapping: the ideas are spectacular. But you have no way to know if it's feasible, at what cost, or in what timeline.

You request quotes from technical vendors. The numbers vary wildly. You can't challenge these proposals — it's not your area. And if you commit on the wrong basis, it's your production, your budget, and your reputation on the line.

The worst case? A technical failure on show night, in front of the audience, the media, the client. The video vendor goes home. You take the hit.

The solution

I'm your independent technical reference. Not an equipment vendor. Not a competitor to your providers. An expert who secures your video project from tender to commissioning.

What I do for you

Technical scoping & feasibility

Within 48 hours, you know if your project is feasible, with what equipment, and at what realistic budget. You can commit with full confidence.

Tender response support

I quote and write the technical video section of your response. Your proposal is credible, precise, and competitive before the jury.

Technical supervision

I validate your vendor's choices, supervise critical phases (installation, calibration), and I'm available on show day. You focus on producing.

Frequently asked questions

How much does technical scoping cost?

Technical scoping typically represents 2-5% of the total video budget. It's a risk-mitigation investment: it prevents sizing errors that cost 10-50x more to fix downstream.

How long does it take?

A feasibility study is delivered within 48 hours to 1 week depending on complexity. A full technical scope (with specifications for tenders) takes 1-3 weeks.

What if I already have a technical vendor?

Perfect. My role isn't to replace them, but to validate that their approach is sound. It's quality assurance, not duplication. The best vendors welcome an external review.

What types of events do you work on?

Shows and son & lumière spectacles, monumental projections (facades, monuments), corporate events, inaugurations, festivals, live performances. From 5 to 500 projectors, in France and internationally.
